Six years in Bollywood have earned Emraan Hashmi the title of a “serial kisser” owing to a surplus of scorching, lingering, fleeting kisses that his roles have demanded of him, ensuring that he is always in demand.

Emraan was born to Anwar Hashmi and Maherahh Hashmi. His father is a Muslim and his mother a Roman Catholic. He studied animation and graphics from Sydenham College in Mumbai.  Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt is his uncle and actress-turned-director Pooja Bhatt is his cousin.

Hashmi made his film debut in 2003 with Footpath, which did not do well at the box-office. He and co-star Mallika Sherawat shot to fame with the thriller, Murder (2004), which went on to become a super hit at the box-office.

In 2005, he appeared in several films such as Zeher, Aashiq Banaya Apne and Kalyug which did moderately well at the box office. In 2006, his film Gangster was a semi-hit,while Aksar and The Killer were flops. In 2007, Hashmi had three back to back releases, while Good Boy Bad Boy and The Train both failed at the box office, the big budgeted, Awarapan did moderately well.

In 2008, Jannat, starring Emraan and Sonal Chauhan, took a good opening, making the film a commercial success.His first release in 2009, Raaz – The Mystery Continues…, opened well and became the first box office success of that year.His second film of the yea, Tum Mile, opened to mixed reviews and was rated a box-office failure.

In 2010, Emraan appeared in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and Crook: It’s Good To Be Bad, of which the former opened to positive reviews and was declared a hit at the box-office while the latter sank without a trace.

Emraan’s first release of 2011 was moderate success Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, followed by a hit Murder 2. Emraan was also seen in the Vidya Balan starrer, The Dirty Picture. The film turned to be a super-hit and Emraan’s role was well appreciated.

His upcoming films in 2012 are Jannat 2, Shanghai and Raaz 3.

Angadi theru ANJALI started her film career in 2007 with the extremely sentimental Tamil film Katradhu Thamizh, directed by Ram, who gave her the chance to act as a heroine in the film, when she was eagerly expecting an offer in the Telugu film industry. 

Though the film proved to be unsuccessful at the box-office, people took notice of the homely girl, which Anjali portrayed in the film and she started getting critical acclaim. She was highly praised and was also nominated for the Filmfare Award for the Best Debut Actress in Tamil for that year.

Angadi theru anjali's second film was Aayudham Seivom opposite director-turned-actor Sundar C. In that movie she went for an image makeover, shedding her "homely image" and enacting a glamorous role with less scope to perform, which was not well received by the audience as it was a surprise and shock as opposed to her first film, in which she gave an impressive performance.

Currently, Angadi theru Anjali is working on five films simultaneously. Angaadi Theru, directed by Vasanthabalan, who earlier directed the National Film Award winning Tamil film, Veyyil was welcomed and appreciated by all. Rettai Suzhi followed angadi theru where she shared the screen with veteran directors Bharathiraja and K. Balachandar.

Anjali now is a South Indian film actress and model, who mainly works in the Tamil, Telugu and Kannada film industries. She is best known for her critically acclaimed role in the 2007 Tamil film Katradhu Thamizh, which happened to be her first Tamil film itself and introduced her to the Tamil audience as an actress.

Kajal Agarwal one of the greatest finds for Tollywood, was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 19th June 1985. Kajal aggarwal daughter of Suman & Vinay Agarwal pursued her studies in Mumbai and started her career in acting while she was still in the college. Biography: Born in Mangalore and brought up in Mumbai, Aishwarya Rai is the daughter of Krishnaraj Rai and Vrinda Rai. Then, like many of her predecessors, the film industry beckoned this fair damsel. Aishwarya made her debut in Mani Ratnam’s Tamil biopic, Iruvar (1997). The film was a critical and commercial success. Her Bollywood debut came with Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). However the film failed to create any ripples at the box office. She then starred in S. The film was a major success and won her, her first Filmfare award for Best Actress. Her other movie, Taal (1999) received moderate success in India, however was internationally very successful.

She then starred in Josh and Mohabbatein alongside Shah Rukh Khan in 2000. She portrayed the role of Shah Rukh’s childhood sweetheart Paru (Parvati) in Devdas (2002), which was an adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay’s famous novel by the same name. The film became the highest grosser of the year at home and abroad and won her, her second Filmfare award for Best Actress.

The next couple of years were not too great for Aishwarya’s  carreer. Bengali films – Choker Bali (2003) and Raincoat (2004), Dil Ka Rishta (2003), Kuch Naa Kaho (2003), Bride And Prejudice (2004), Khakee (2004), Shabd (2005), The Mistress Of Spices (2004) and Umrao Jaan (2006) did not fare so well at the box office.

The mega blockbuster Dhoom 2 (2006) came as a welcome respite. Guru (2007) got her positive reviews for her character in the film. She also acted in British films, Provoked (2007) and The Last Legion (2007). However, both failed to do well. In 2008, she played the role of Queen Jodha bai in the partly fictionalized epic drama, Jodhaa Akbar which became a commercial and critical success. She acted acted in Sarkar Raj (2008), a sequel to Sarkar (2005). In 2010, she acted in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan. In the same year, she appeared alongside south Indian superstar, Rajnikant in Enthiran, a Tamil movie which was also dubbed in Hindi as Robot. The film went on to become the biggest blockbuster in India ever! She also appeared in Action Replayy (2010) and Guzaarish (2010). Aishwarya was supposed to appear in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine but the project went off following Aishwarya’s pregnancy in May 2011. The role went to Kareena Kapoor later. Aishwarya gave birth to a baby girl on 16 November 2011.
